The website Mystic Living Today conducted an interview with CR that was recently posted. Among the many topics Cynthia Rothrock talks about are her early days in competition, the spiritual side of martial arts, and her new role as a mother. Here's a short snip,
Déjà: How do you think motherhood has changed you as a person?
Cynthia: It actually has made me a better person. I just don't think of myself anymore. Single people have usually one focus, themselves. Being a mom changed all that for me. You learned to make sacrifices willingly. Sometimes it's things that we are willing to give up that show us how much we love someone. There are things I don't do now because she needs attention or that I to do as a mom, I love spending time with her and doing things for her. They fulfill my life.
