Lets set the wayback machine to 1985. Cythia Rothrock had just returned from training in China. She was about to leave for Hong Kong to shoot her first film, Yes Madam. Along the way, CR took a short detour to Sybervision to make the 'Defend Yourself' training tapes. Included with the tapes was a lengthy interview where Cynthia talks about everything from growing up in Pennsylvania to how it felt recieving her first blackbelt.
