A new self defense video featuring Cynthia Rothrock called Attitude for Survival has been released on DVD and VHS. The video is aimed at teaching normal people simple and effective ways of defending themselves with no extensive martial arts training. Attitude for Survival is not just an updated version of CR's previous video, 'Self Defense for Women'. It shows Cynthia teaching techniques to a group of people and also one on one scenarios.
